Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested via our cancellation form.

​Changed your mind?

You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. You are responsible for postage costs when returning goods. The goods should be unused and in a resaleable condition. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of the goods being received by us. We will refund the price of the goods and the cost of the least expensive delivery option.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount if the goods have been handled excessively.

We will only refund the small order fee if all the products in your order are returned.

​Faulty/damaged goods

You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving goods. You must return the faulty/damaged goods to us. We will arrange return postage and cover the cost of the return postage. We will issue a refund, including any delivery charges, to your original payment method within 14 days. We will only refund the small order fee if all the products in your order are faulty/damaged.

​After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If the attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can then claim a refund, or a price reduction if you wish to keep the product.

If a defect develops after the first six months, the burden is on you to prove that the product was faulty at the time the goods were delivered to you. We may offer a replacement, repair or partial refund.

The following products are non-refundable:

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund outside of our refund policy.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee in certain circumstances.

Failed Deliveries

Our courier will attempt to deliver to your chosen address several times.

After several failed attempts they will return the parcel to us and we will issue you a refund minus any costs incurred by us.

*These delivery charges include VAT. Delivery charges will be lower for deliveries that only contain zero rated goods as VAT will not be applied to the delivery charge.

Small Order Fee

A small order fee of 95p applies to all orders below £12. Delivery charges do not count towards the £12 total.

Business Orders

We do not usually accept orders placed by businesses or on behalf of businesses. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with a business and/or business usage.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed by businesses or on behalf of businesses.

We reserve the right to impose extra fees on orders placed by businesses or on behalf of businesses, before we fulfill the order.
