- Only “shipping addresses” within 2.5 miles of our “registered office address” are eligible.
- For avoidance of doubt, by “shipping address(es)” we mean the address the order is sent to. This is chosen by the customer during the order process.
- “Eligible customers” will be refunded any standard delivery charges to their original payment method.
- “Eligible customers” are customers that select the standard delivery option at checkout AND have a “shipping address” within 2.5 miles of our “registered office address” AND contact us via email with their order number to claim a refund of their delivery charges.
- The premium delivery and Collection from DPD pickup point delivery options are excluded from this offer. Customers will still have to pay the fee for these delivery options.
- For avoidance of doubt, our “registered office address” is our address registered with Companies House at the date the order is placed.
- We, at our sole discretion, decide if a “shipping address” is within 2.5 miles of our “registered office address”. Our decision is final.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice.
